Our maintenance programs normally includes once a week , twice monthly or monthly service. Delivery of foods and routine maintenance of equipment usually at no additional charge.
Aquarium Service offers two programs:
ITEMIZED: Monthly service fee includes the service only. Food, fish, medication, saltmix, equipment and drygoods are itemized on your monthly invoice and sold separately.
ALL INCLUSIVE: Your monthly invoice includes saltmix, food, fish but not replacement pumps, light bulbs or drygoods. All inclusive programs are slightly higher per month than the itemized program and reflects a future investment in your aquarium.
Invoicing: Invoices are sent out on the end of the month or last service visit for the month . Some long term customers elect to prepay for a years service in advance and for that we offer a 10% discount off the service charge only. Personal or company checks are accepted and preferred.
SALES, LEASING AND RENTAL SYSTEMS
Aquarium Service offers three programs to help you get started on your adventure.
Sales: Purchase your aquarium, filter, decor, support equipment and furniture directly from us at a cost lower than retail stores can offer you. We invite you to compare.
Lease: ( ALL CONSUMERS MAY NOT QUALIFY) The same as a purchase only you can finance the system, (12-24 months) equal monthly payments, then you own it. This option is available only with a 24 month maintenance contract. You have the option of paying off the balance at any time and we offer a very competitive interest rate. Leased aquarium systems require a fifty percent downpayment with financing on the remaining balance.
Rental: Rental aquariums are usually new systems and requires a two year contract. Used rental equipment may be available at a discounted price. The monthly service fee includes fish, flake food and total maintenance and replacement of equipment in the event of failure. There is a small fee for installation and removal of the system.
SERVICE INCLUDES :
• Service visits every week, two weeks, or month.
• 30% water change per month.
• Vacuum gravel.
• Clean aquarium inside and out each visit.
• Clean filters as needed.
• Monitor and adjust all water quality parameters.
• Visually inspect fish for disease or stress.
• Direct client in proper care between visits.
• Delivery of fish, food and supplies.
• Clean or change decorations as needed.
• Advise client on proper equipment and fish selection.
• Client should only have to feed fish and replace
